Gerard H. Sweeney
President, Chief Executive Officer and Trustee, Brandywine Realty Trust
Mr. Sweeney has served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Trustee of Brandywine since the Company’s founding in 1994. Mr. Sweeney has overseen the growth of Brandywine from four properties and a total market capitalization of less than $5 million to over 28 million square feet and a total market capitalization of approximately $5.0 billion. Prior to 1994, Mr. Sweeney served as Vice President of LCOR, Incorporated (“LCOR”), a real estate development firm. Mr. Sweeney was employed by the Linpro Company (a predecessor of LCOR) from 1983 to 1994 and served in several capacities, including Financial Vice President and General Partner. During this time, Mr. Sweeney was responsible for the marketing, management, construction, asset management and financial oversight of a diversified portfolio consisting of urban high-rise, mid-rise, flex, warehouse and distribution facilities, retail and apartment complexes. Mr. Sweeney holds a BS degree in Economics from West Chester University in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Sweeney is a member of the Real Estate Roundtable, the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (“NAREIT”), Urban Land Institute (“ULI”), Chairman of the Schuylkill River Development Corporation (“SRDC”), Chairman of the Center City District Foundation (“CCDF”), and Chairman of the board for the Philadelphia Regional Port Authority. Additionally, Mr. Sweeney serves on the boards of several other Philadelphia-based organizations. Mr. Sweeney is also co-founder and co-CEO of Bonomo Turkish Taffy LLC.

April Walker is the Director of the Philadelphia Microsoft Technology Center (MTC) located in Malvern, Pennsylvania, US MTC Health & Life Science Lead, and a member of Microsoft’s North American MTC leadership team. In her role as MTC Director, April oversees Microsoft’s state-of-the-art innovation center that enables the digital transformation for enterprise customers throughout the greater Philadelphia area. The center provides strategic and technical guidance for various business leaders representing industry sectors in manufacturing, health and life sciences, financial services, pharmaceutical, media and cable, education, sports, and retail. She leads a senior-level team of technology engineers and architects who possess expertise in Azure Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science and Analytics, Cybersecurity and numerous emerging technologies that are transforming the world we live in today.

As one of the most respected global figures in property valuation, Mr. Busi has led NKF's explosive growth in its valuation and advisory practice both through acquisitions and recruiting top talent. Mr. Busi also sits on the Knight Frank Global Valuation Management Board and is a member of the Newmark Knight Frank Leadership Committee.
CEO and Co-Founder
Richard Sarkis is CEO and co-founder of Reonomy, the property intelligence platform. Since the company’s founding in 2013, Sarkis has been instrumental in raising $128 million in venture capital and led Reonomy through a successful web-application launch in New York City, as well as the launch of a second nationwide application in 2017. An avid entrepreneur, Sarkis has launched numerous companies, including an international arbitrage textbook company, a college marketing network and an offshore tech company.
